FAQ

How long will it take to complete the repairs?

We try to complete most repairs the same day. If this is not possible, we will arrange transportation for you where available.

How much will it cost?

We do our best to keep prices competitive and only do work that is required. Pricing will vary depending on the servicing needs and make and model of the vehicle.

My car is running rough. Do I need a tune-up?

Our qualified technicians will use state of the art diagnostic tools and software to determine any issues with your vehicle.

Do I need an appointment for a repair?

Yes you will need to book an appointment with us. There may be opportunities to get you in sooner for more urgent matters.

What credit cards do you take?

We accept all major Canadian Credit Cards as well as cash and debit.

Why does my car need maintenance if it's running fine?
Regular maintenance of your vehicle protects your investment, helps to prevent breakdowns, and will save you on the cost of repairs in the future.
What Should I Do When My Check Engine Lights Come On?

Please bring in your vehicle and we can determine the cause of the Check Engine Light and what the required repair may be.

How Often Should I Have My Brakes Checked?

There is no precise time or mileage that we can say you will need to have your brakes inspected. That is because the wear on your brake pads and rotors depends on a handful of factors. With that said, an inspection every 6 months or when you have your tires rotated is ideal.

What Type of Oil Filter Do I Need?

We recommend using only manufacturer approved replacement oil filters.

Do I Really Need Winter Tires?

Yes! Winter tires are designed with all winter elements in mind. From black ice to below freezing temperatures, winter tires are the only option that covers all the bases. These tires are fitted with very specific features in place to ensure you’re safe on the road when driving in the winter.
